I assume that 5N42 was its planned test run.

I think the 345s generally get to Crewe on test/commissioning/mileage-accumulation runs to/from Wembley.

Unit 345073 was delivered from Derby Litchurch Lane to Old Oak Common on Tuesday 06/10/2026.

There was a run on the WCML yesterday 5H71 Stafford to Wembley.

I suspect what you see is a test run (or mileage accumulation). Possibly the end of testing (etc) ?.
(it is nearly at OOC !).

They get on with testing straight after arrival at Old Oak Common depot it seems.

I think 345074 might be delivered soon as some indicated that one of the previous three attempts had 345074 as a possibility instead. Even if not so the first two were just over a month apart, so 345073 could have been expected about 20th September and so 345074 would be 23 October (next two weeks) !. That's a lot of guessing though.
