Does anyone have any hotel recommendations for Oslo or Prague? I plan on visiting both in Late February and I'd say I'm aiming for mid-budget. Location to me isn't an issue as long as there is direct public transport to the City Centre.

Much Appreciated.

My wife and I stayed here when visiting Prague last year and it was a very nice hotel, decent breakfast and about a 5 min walk from the nearest tram stops

Parkers House Bed & Breakfast -Newtown - Powys

Nestled in the heart of the town, it's a gentle 10 minute stroll from Newtown Rail Station.
Contactless/remote check in with all details sent via Text/email. It feels a little impersonal, however I imagine some people would prefer not to have interaction and it keeps costs down.
The rooms are up a steep staircase and there is no lift, so no good if you have mobility issues. Room was clean & comfortable with a good selection of tea/coffees etc.with proper fresh milk provided.

Being in the heart of town there are a good selection of eateries & pubs nearby as there is no evening food. the breakfast though is very good and hearty. Booked through Booking.com and paid £111

Stanley Arms - Holyhead.

Rooms above a pub in Holyhead town centre. Check in at the bar was easy. Stayed on a Monday night and no food was available, but the option to get a take away and eat in the pub was offered. Rooms are up a fairly steep staircase but the room was comfortable and roomy, and for the £50 I paid was good value.
