It was the first British radio station to do programmes/broadcasts specifically to do with entertainment. I also seem to recall it was a world first.

Correct. It was the world’s first station to broadcast regularly and the first to make regular entertainment broadcasts. Regularly meant on Tuesdays from 20.00 to 20.30.

To you to broadcast a new question.

George W. Bush?
Well he did speak gibberish true but not correct.

Actually van Buren?

Martin van Buren is the correct answer. From wikipedia
Van Buren was born in Kinderhook, New York, where most residents were of Dutch descent and spoke Dutch as their primary language. He is the only president to have spoken English as a second language.

Your turn.

One must be a Liverpool player of the 80s surely?
Ray Clemence?

Edited to remove Alan Hansen, who clearly wasn't English!

What was highly unusual - and possibly unique - about Leicestershire's first innings in the home county championship game against Derbyshire in July last year?

Was the whole score made up by just 2 batters and the rest all ducks?

Not quite, but you’re close enough

The answer is that nobody made a score in double figures: three batsmen (Rehan Ahmed, Lewis Hill and Peter Handscomb) made centuries, whilst the other eight got less than 10 each, with five ducks

Leicestershire were 0/2, then 360/3, then lost their last seven wickets for 38.

Leicestershire won by 189 runs in the end, so all’s well that ends well

Your turn to come off your long run from the Bennett End

Thanks, although I can't help but think you've been a bit generous there! I wasn't very close really!

This one should be over quite quickly I think......

What is the subject matter of the book "Brilliant Orange"?
