As said in post above this, they were top and tail power cars, because it had to reverse at derby, which is quite rare for railadventure im pretty sure

I thought Rail Adventure previously worked into Chaddesden Sidings where the paired power cars ran round.. Certainly not seen them as they were today before.

Maybe they knew runaround at Chaddesden Sidings was going to be a problem. The Sinfin oils were delayed until after 13.00.. Then 60099 ran round 60022.

No, RA have owned them for around three years. They couldn't be used in that formation until now.

I think it's to move some barriers out of Kings Norton - Railadventure normally vacate Kings Norton during the sandite season. Not sure why it needs to run class 7 though

ROMICs 57307 & 57309 have been at Kings Norton since 13th August as well, but they arrived as a Class 3
