Portsmouth Engineering Works / Sunday, September 6th

There is planned engineering works tomorrow between Waterloo and Portsmouth. Does anyone know if any trains can get through to Portsmouth Harbour from Waterloo on Sunday, September 6th. National Enquiries showing some direct trains via Fratton that do not list a replacement bus service, but others do.

A quick look suggests the normal hourly Waterloo service via Fareham and Eastleigh is operating. They’ve possibly described the engineering wrongly as affecting the whole route. Looks as if the work area probably includes Havant as Southern aren’t operating in the Portsmouth and Southampton area at all

That's a relief, thanks swt. I've got heavy luggage so having to change to a bus would not be ideal.
