Stopgap options to cover for delays to introduction of Class 175 for GWR?

TFW will also be getting rid of the remaining 150's soon. Not all of them have expiring C exams, so if GWR are that desperate that could take on some of the remaining 150's. No doubt they will get tied up in new leasing red tape if taken on, so I wonder if TFW could sub-lease them to GWR temporarily ?
As GWR are temporarily reducing their Penzance - Plymouth/Exeter timetable from 7 September to account for the ongoing 175 issues that won't be needed.

Those 150s won't be available before the end of the year. But surely if they were or the 175 issues carry on, additional fleet would mean they don't have to reduce the timetable...
