Communication appears to be non-existent, especially if you aren't wanting to use 2 million apps to cross-reference disruption information when trying make what should be a really easy +47 connection...
Last Friday I was at Piccadilly, and noticed the "free bus" that I had been vaguely aware of for my connection to Victoria. I assumed, perhaps naively, that the lack of any bus stop diversion notices meant there was no diversion. The bus ran in direct contravention of accessible information regulations in which, where broken, drivers should be announcing a diversion before the diversion occurs. This did not happen, and we were only informed at Shudehill that we were to "get off for Victoria here" along with vague incomprehensible directions in broken English. Unable to comprehend and in a particularly frail state I ended up paying for the tram to Victoria anyway in order to make my train, which I somewhat doubt I'd ever be able to claw back despite the fact said loss is a direct result of Stagecoach breaking the law... such is Burnham's Britain I suppose!
