The platform counts; the station doesn't. I suppose a less ambiguous question, and one avoiding reducing it to a guessing game, would have been asking for which stations have at least ten NR platforms and not just how many (though I'm not changing the question).

The stations I have as having at least ten distinct-enough National Rail (including Eurostar) platforms are Waterloo, Victoria, Euston, Liverpool Street, Clapham Junction, London Bridge, St. Pancras, Paddington and King's Cross within London, and Edinburgh Waverley, Glasgow Central, Leeds, Reading, Manchester Piccadilly, Birmingham New Street, Bristol Temple Meads, Crewe, Newcastle, Liverpool Lime Street, York and Watford Junction outside.
