Delay Repay query

Currently travelling down to London. Turned into a bit of a mess really.

I'm on the 11:06 Manchester-Crewe (Northern) which is a valid connection (+15) onto the 12:13 Crewe-London (West Midlands Trains).

I'll miss the 12:13 due to the delay on the Northern service, which is just rolling into Crewe as I type. But it's cancelled anyway.

So does my Delay Repay go to WMT for them cancelling the train, or Northern for the fact I'd have missed it anyway due to their delay?

Ended up a couple of months ago into an almost identical situation (albeit Northern connecting into East Midlands rather than into West Midlands). Northern's automated system paid out without issue. So hopefully you shouldn't have any difficulty with this one.

Good. As my 13:13 Southbound is somewhere near Nuneaton. Might be a 120 minute claim at this rate!
