I had an issue on the weekend with a wheelchair user unable to use what I believe is a Network Rail owned ramp crossing the railway, because the upstand from the pavement to the bottom of the ramp was too great. I'm not sure the reason for it, but it caused a bit of an issue and we were fortunate that the wheelchair user can stand on crutches for a few seconds while I lifted an admittedly-heavy powered wheelchair onto the ramp.
