08:10 Three Bridges to Cambridge axed?

When I work in the Farringdon office, I used to catch the 07:50 from Horsham to Three Bridges and change to the 08:10 Cambridge service which took me to City Thameslink. I have noticed recently that this service no longer exists and the 08:10 only goes as far as London Bridge. Is this a permanent timetable change? I guess I could use that service and a folding bike for the final couple of km to the office.

Can currently only see peak hour direct services from Three Bridges to Cambridge at 0710, 0740 and 0840.

Think the 0810 (Three Bridges to Cambridge) last ran on Tuesday 21st July 2026 and has been withdrawn / subject to planned cancellations since.

Is there not an 0755 direct Thameslink service from Horsham to Peterborough that still calls at City Thameslink, or is that too late for you?

Or you could get the 08:01 or 08:13 from Three Bridges that both go direct to City Thameslink. There isn't a shortage of train between the two stations.

That is the one I have been using since the 08:10 has gone. It gets me there at an adequate time but with no padding, and I have been subject to a number of nuisance delays on that route for much of this year.
