I have found that the Forum site will not load the section to select a Railcard when using Safari on a Mac

Woks fine on Chrome on the same Mac

Has anyone else noticed this ?

I've also just tried it and it's fine for me (not helpful, I do appreciate!)

Assuming you are using the main forum site and not the classic one, please can you try visiting https://tickets.railforums.co.uk/support/clear-browser-cache in your browser and see if it loads then? If not (or if you are using the classic site), please get in touch with support (ideally using the widget in the bottom left of the booking site) so I can look further :)

Edit: sorry, just read the title of the thread and saw you are using the new site. Whoopsies!

For the benefit of the thread, the customer was running "security software" on their machine which was intercepting all traffic and choking on forum ticketing website requests due to some of their technical characteristics. This made certain requests just time out.

Raileasy will be deploying further countermeasures to try and avoid triggering this behaviour, and had previously reported problems in the same area to the responsible vendor back in September of last year.
