Ie I’ve paid for tickets on specific trains only.
Ie I’ve got a ticket for the 0600 from Leeds to London Waterloo, arriving at 0730. Then due to catch 0800 Waterloo to Canterbury.
The Leeds to London train is delayed, meaning I now miss the train to Canterbury.
Presumably I have to now buy an “on the day” ticket to Canterbury, which costs more money.
Am I entitled to the difference of the cost between the pre-booked, and on the day ticket? Or it’s just tough?
