That just means you met Chiltern's enhanced standard, you can still fail to WMT. There's not one enhanced standard, each company can set their own

Just a quick question regarding attire to wear at the stage 2 test/MMI.

Normally like to dress smart anyway for anything work related. But felt a little over dressed for stage 1 test.

What was the general consensus of clothing to wear to the stage 2 tests etc?

You went dressed ready for business and passed. A lot of those you felt over dressed alongside probably didn’t. You do you.

I'd personally still go smart. At least smart casual. If you pass the computer tests you will be doing the MMI on the same day. I wore a suit and there was 5 of us 2 wore suits.

I originally applied in october 2025 but switched my application to leamington spa. However due to personal reasons i have reverted it back to coventry.

That's good they let you do that, ive applied for Wolves but would go Bhm as not alot in it time wise. Still waiting to know if passed the soft tho, as already got enhanced passes

Last course is November. So probably August time. I’m also waiting for a DMI for Cov. After November its January and March.

Hi Folks, i have my Stage 2 OPC Assessment coming up next week. Does anyone have any tips for this stage? I know it is the Vienna, SJT tests and Multi Modal interview- what does the MMI involve and is there any material i could use to practice etc

Ive just received email that I am invited to do OPC online sift sometime in July (TBC directly by OPC Centre later on) - this is for coventry depot only.

Any other depots/applicants received this also?

No idea what it is as WM specific, I passed all my Psychonetrics with Avanti at enhanced so hopefully shouldn't need to do those.

Any advice on the opc sift test would be appreciated

Pretty much the same as the multiple choice test before the MMI. Exactly the same sort of premise. Questions with multiple answers, 1 most likely, 4 least likely, except there is a right and wrong on here.

Nah, it’s not a life. It’s just OPC’s own paperwork essentially. If you don’t pass, it’s just a thanks but no thanks from WMR.

Hi everyone, it’s my second time applying, I failed the DMI last October. I’ve just received the email telling me the next step is an online assessment through the OPC in July, but I already passed all OPC assessments last year. Will I still have to take part in the online assessment or should I contact them?

I think the online assessment is seperate and doesnt form part of the normal opc tests.
Probably more of a sifting tool
