5E12 Wolverton to Heaton running to day, is this 156481 returning, and then 5H70 Heaton to Wolverton running tomorrow. Anyone know which one is going down is it 156480, did hear that was due to go May.

Educated guess is that it will be 156449, reported elsewhere as "excessively corroded"!

That's probably a result of many years of working in the wet and salty environment of the West Highland Lines prior to its fairly recent transfer from ScotRail to Northern.

I’ve been told 150131 and 150136 are on today’s 5Z51 transfer move from Newton Heath T.M.D. to Neville Hill T.M.D.
I think in the end Dave only 131 went, I wasn't on this morning but I know there was some issues. 201 is now on this side.

Is 156449 just for corrosion repairs or a full overhaul. Also any dates on when 150275 is returning.

Most of the ones so far are just body overhaul. I suspect 449 being the same. As it was only refurbished internally around 5 years ago.

156449 will be having full body repairs and C6 overhaul.
150275 should be returning on Tuesday 9th June (this year!).

Today’s ( 07/06/26) northern class 150 transfers sees 150114 and 150135 on 5Z51 09:27am Newton Heath TMD - Neville Hill TMD
150206 and 150220 are on he return working ( 5Z52 ) - Neville Hill TMD - Newton Heath TMD

195124 is running on the Leeds to Knottingley services today, does anyone know why?
Hopefully this will become normal as the 195s are a huge upgrade over the normal 150s in my opinion!

I heard a lot more 195 and 331 where originally to be ordered but DfT cut the order back and insisted on the 2 car formations.Maybe enough 195s should have been bought to replace all the 150s
Which have been a complete disaster as not big enough for routes they cover as a guard they are shocking to work
Largely because the intention when they were ordered was that they would have the driver controlling dispatch so the guards' kit is a distinct afterthought which works incredibly badly, hence the desire to get driver door release in.

Seems odd that 150275 is going back to Neville Hill, since the 150/2s are been transferred over to Newton Heath.

A return working is down for another unit to go away for 18 months
323229 has not been seen for almost 5 months.
If the future of the 323s is in doubt (due to potential replacement with fleet that can’t be named) is this going to be repaired, presuming it is broken?
323218 & 323342 also been out of service for 3 months.

I see there is a 5N31 Wolverton Centre to Newton Heath working for Saturday, which i guess is 156466 returning. There is also a 5H70 return working. One for diligentdave is 155345 still due for release on 19th June. MTIA
