South Western Rail, fare notice not found

I need to pay a notice after i Bought a child ticket when i shouldn't have, i received a Receipt and was told to pay on the website, i go to the website, enter in the details, and it says 'notice not found, please try again',
i have tried many times, on different devices, different date formats, removed the letters Infront of the reference and even removed the zeros but this hasn't worked.
i got the notice earlier today so maybe i need to wait a bit, i have also contacted SWR but i don't want to wait 2 weeks, any ideas/suggestions?

If it still doesn’t work there is an e mail for swr prosecution team you could use to ask about how to pay.
