HD02 isn't out tomorrow. It was meant to stop for repairs anyway so ran empty to Crewe, it's on stop now.HD02 failed in Holyhead

I just joke now that I will get HD02 again after having two failures in two weeks on that set... HD07 will be nice for a change having had HD01 north yesterday.

Clearly, the joke part has been missed there.
Someone may have figures, but the highest proportion of failures seem to involve HD02 in some capacity (either the set, or the loco it is attached to). I just know that HD02 was on my two recent failures.
I do sometimes worry about offending HD02. What if HD02 tries to get revenge for me blaming HD02 when it was actually the loco? Worrying times.

Hence why I said ‘etc.’. However... since 197025 is currently allocated to 1W97 – following the swap at Cardiff on 1W13 from 67020+HD07 – there’s a possibility that 67025+HD01 will work 1W57/1V46/1W65 after 1V33, with 67020+HD07 instead covering 1W61/1V62.
Alternatively, it could be the other way round – 67020+HD07 works 1W57/1V46/1W65, with 67025+HD01 doing 1W61/1V62 after 1V33 as booked.

Wouldn't this mean 67025+HD01 would work 1V62 as far as Crewe to swap with a 197 to prevent 3 sets at Canton tonight?
An A exam can be done pretty quickly, it shuould be ready to work the evening Holyhead later.

Wouldn't be on 1W97 given 67015+HD05 is at Holyhead currently, unless it has been declaired a failure and requires rescuing. If anything, 67020+HD07 will do 1W65.
Yes, thats exactly whats happening. HD05 will stay in Holyhead for Monday, nothing shown as wrong with it and HD07 will pick up W65.

Looks like there is going to be some disruption to this evening's diagrams... 197025 has been sat at Craven Arms on 1Z20 since 15:47.
Neither, its planned as a 197 with the set already there going back on Monday.
