Same as me, I would also like to know any advice or insight anyone has.
Thank you

Update: from what I’ve seen on a 2019 post it resembles an SJT.
19 multiple choice scenario based questions with 3 answers to choose from
Bare in mind this is 7years ago now, not sure how it may have changed etc
Does anyone know if this TOC uses OPC to do the psycometric testing? I also received the Abellio Train Driver Talent screener but failed my Psycometric with another TOC, from what im seeing online is they use their own in-house. Just wanted to double check.
Thank you

Hey guys, I passed my stage 1 with opc for Arriva at Enchanced standard, put in my application for Greater Anglia now I know i would need to still do trp1b and trp2 these are usually stage 1 but stage 2 for arriva. I was wondering for stage 2 all the computer tests like ATAVT,WAFV,2 hand co-ordination and MMI would be same format as OPC or its different kind?

Agz9, I completed the Standard Psychometric at Watford OPC then the Enhanced part at Greater Anglia Stratford. I believe the tests are to a national standard and held on a national database, so any any previous results stand. The rules have changed last year, so you are now allowed 3 attempts instead of the previous 2.

It should be the same, standardised.

The Psychometric part will still stand, but you'll have to do the SJT and anything else they want you to do prior to Psychometric testing, once they get to the part where they decide to send people for Psychometric testing, you should jump the queue. I had standard Pyschometric but not enhanced, so GA just let me sit the enhanced part at Stratford once i'd jumped through the first set of hoops.

GA require an enhanced pass, which is a standard pass (all the mandatory pass elements), then a DFFT pass (Driver fault finding test) as well, which makes it an enhanced pass.

I’ve completed mine today. The deadline said 18th May, perhaps they are waiting for all to be completed before looking at them?
Most likely that is how they operate I applied to multiple and it seems like they usually give results within couple weeks after deadlines sometimes months depending on the company.

I heard back yesterday, I’ve been given some practice material for the next assessment. Has anyone else heard back?

What area did you apply for if you dont mind me asking?
I applied for Liverpool Street and Bishops Stortford, no idea which one it refers to. I have emailed recruitment to clarify.

Do they still use Abellio in the title? Seems really odd considering it’s over 3 years since it had anything to do with GA and now its been nationalised for the last 7 months too.
Yes, and Transport UK East Anglia in the email, despite the company being GA Trains Limited for a while now.

still nothing for Cambridge/bishop stortford also
I also have received nothing, but have received a response for another role (similar multiple-choice question) where I was rejected the day after the deadline. I'd say no news is good news for this one.

Should've kept it as Anglia Railways so we could've gone full circle to being correct again :). There's still some NS/Abellio signage at various stations, plus some of the 2012 GA logo, so it even extends to the customer-facing things.

Yes I always picked up on those. At least we are going to be close with Anglia Railway which like Great Eastern & London Eastern Railway were always excellent names. Just a shame the latter was only a trading name for the hideous ‘one’ and dreadful ‘National Express East Anglia’ titles. I despised both on my name badge/uniform.

Applied to the LP Street trainee driver and the Ilford depot driver. Completed the test on the 12th of May, I believe, and haven't heard anything since. Has anyone heard back? Does the test count for both applications (LPS and Ilford)? Has anyone sent them an email and received a reply?

Anyone lucky enough to get in is joining at the right time. Pay deal offered with Sundays in the working week is offering a 10% pay increase for this year and another 9% next

Now I only have details for Anglia Railways drivers/driver instructor/depot drivers so I’m afraid I cannot confirm what Great Eastern & West Anglia drivers have been offered.
Which depots are Anglia Railways? Norwich and Ipswich?
