Early examples of articulated stock using rubber tyres?

Articulated stock ( regardless of wheels - it actually had conventional wheels; you might be thinking of the MP51 Stock? ) was the answer - but @Peterthegreat beat you to it I'm afraid.

MA52 was the only type of articulated stock on the Paris Metro, although there was a later prototype - BOA001 - that was also articulated, however that never entered general service and was used in public operation only very sparingly as part of a test programme ).

The Netherlands currently has two metro and four tram/light rail systems. Two of these share a common section of track. Which two and between which two stations?

Rotterdam Metro and Hague trams between Voorburg 't Loo and Leidschenveen?

Close enough. It is RET (Rotterdam Metro) and HTM (Hague trams) as part of the RanstadRail network but is actually between Laan Van Nieuw Oost indie and Leidschenveen shared by RET metro line E (Den Haag Centraal-Slinge) and HTM tram routes 3 (Arnold Spoelplein-Zoetermeer Centrum West), 4 (De Uithof-Lansingerland Zoetermeer) and 34 (De Savornin Lohmanplein-Lansingerland Zoetermeer) the latter a peak hours only combination of parts of routes 3 and 4.

From the picture of it on an adhesion test train in May 1963 I'm currently looking at, I'd say it had cast aluminium ones like the others, so it's not the answer I'm looking for I'm afraid.
