Requisition to attend to court

Hello, i have received a requisition to attent to court at first the date was the 23rd April at Lavander Hill Magistrates Court at 176a Lavander Hill Clapham Junction, and then i have received a date changed for 11th May, i am about to send my plea but i am confused because in the form it says " this form is to be completed and returned to the following address - Bromley Magistrates Court, the court house, 1 London Road,Bromley BR1 1RA, but my case hearing is at Lavander Hill Magistrates and in the section Offences to be taken into consideration says "Please return this form along with the other forms to the central administration office, Lavander Hill 176a Lavander Hill, Clapham Junction, London SW11 1JU, Do you have any idea about this? or maybe i need to call the court phone number?, thank you very much.

Yes - as your paperwork asks you to send it to two different Courts, definitely do make contact with Lavendar Hill Central Administration Office, by telephone, to get their clarification.

What is the reason for you needing to attend Court?
When did you receive your Court Requisition?
Is this related to travelling by train without a valid ticket?
If yes, which Train Company and what is the background (i.e. leading up to you having to attend Court)?

If you could tell us more about what has happened it may be that some advice could be given that may be of use to you before you return paperwork to the court.

Does this involve TfL or one of the other train companies?

I contacted this afternoon with them and they told me that i need to send all the documents to Lavender Hill Magistrates Court and not to Bromley,

And the reason is because last august i was about to get at the tube station and the inspector got me using my mums 60+ Oyster Card, and after 5 months and 23 days they sent me a requisition to attend to court at Lavender Hill Magistrates on 23rd April, however i received a new hearing last week requiring me to attend to court on 11th May, for not having a valid ticket contrary to byelaws 17 1 as far as i remember, and i have 2 options 1 plea guilty and attend to court or plea not guilty, and also they added 10 more journeys suspected to be me that used the pass, and i will plea guilty because i used it and i know it was my fault, i wish i never used it, now the consequences i hope will not be so terrible,i didnt know it was so serious and bad, but now i learned the lesson,

Please try to clarify the dates and what the paperwork encompassed.

What date were you stopped and spoken to?

What does '5 months and 23 days' refer to? What date was that? What date were you asked to respond to the court by? Did you respond already?
Did that first paperwork already include a list of journeys?

How is the second paperwork (for 11th May) related for the first paperwork (for 23rd April)? Is it the same reference number?
Were the 10 journeys you mention dated before the date you were stopped or after?

It might be helpful to upload the relevant parts of it (covering up your name and address etc.)
