I know they ATLEAST have one car at the London Transport museum.
If everything else is gone I would assume scrapped

To directly answer your original question, this route along with most other UK routes is probably long dead and burried.
Maybe, but compared to what is available today, it will look very dated and basic.
Again, maybe, maybe not...
Remember, most of the early BVE developers have long since moved on, it's been almost 20 years since the earlier routes were made and 10 years since BVE had a meaningful user base.
It's a real shame, I used to develop routes and trains myself and still have some unreleased add-ons on a USB stick, but given the lack of users now, it's not worth the effort in setting up somewhere to host them.
this guy was looking for it in 2012 and seems to think it vanished five years earlier, so if he was right the chances look slim

I see you've asked on BVE-Terminus too, if no one on there has it then you're out of luck I'm afraid.
I have considered setting up a BVE Library on something like Google Drive where old add-ons can be uploaded and shared, but BVE developers can be very precious about where their content ends up, which IMO was the main downfall of BVE.

Without wanting to go around in circles, as I said, it's a 20 year old route that is going to look very basic compared to what is available today, I'm not sure there will be many people that are interested in it.
