Nope!

(1) This station has 1 platform
(2) This station is served by 1 TOC
(3) This was the second station to open in this locality. The first station closed on the day this one opened, but it later reopened and then closed again!

It fits the clues, but unfortunately that is not the station I have in mind.

(1) This station has 1 platform

(3) This was the second station to open in this locality. The first station closed on the day this one opened, but it later reopened and then closed again!
(4) What a come down - this station once boasted a motorail terminal.
