That’s the one, or Gent-Dampoort to give the local spelling. The train from Eeklo was late, so it crossed the train to Eeklo there. One of relatively few diesel passenger lines in Belgium, and those 41xx are the only class of Belgian DMU. Quite comfortable.

Really hasn’t changed much over the years. First became acquainted with it in the early 1990’s red lining SNCB class 62’s and various electrics.

Sorry about delay in responding,just back from holiday. It is indeed Franklin Park. The NS locomotives were assembling a freight in adjacent yard. We spent a couple of hours there before returning our hire car to O‘Hare airport last August after attending the Illinois Railway Museum Diesel days weekend.
