Arriva Yorkshire I generally have no problems with, although I do find using bustimes.org (or similar) essential before setting off to a bus stop to ensure something might actually turn up!
One outstanding issue I do have is some of their buses (around Wakefield/Castleford/Leeds) are absolutely caked in muck to the extent I was on a service the other day and it was virtually impossible to look out of the windows to judge whereabouts you were / if you were close to your stop...this has been going on over a year now!
I'm by no means expecting a spick and span bus but just a quick wash now and then would be much appreciated - it would also help if all their buses had the visual and audio announcements of the route but I appreciate that'll probably come as part of new buses and perhaps franchising
