I think the HIAs are there for maintenance / repairs rather than storage, although some have been sat around for a while

Hoping this is the right thread for this...

Looking at Eastleigh passings tomorrow we have 5Q87 Banbury Depot to Eastleigh Trsmd "Pathed as Diesel locomotive, trailing load 160 tonnes; Planned for 100mph max; Empty Non-Passenger Stock" According to RTT.

Any idea what this is? Thanks :)
