LTS October 1989

Hello all,
On the electronic file I have of the NT20 (1989-10) British Rail Passenger Timetable, on the London, Tilbury and Southend Route, specifically on the Monday to Friday Shoeburyness to London timetables, 4 services are covered up by what I assume is an issue regarding the page being folded over the timetable during photocopying and I cannot seem to find any correct timings of these services. These services are as follows:

06:45 departure from Shoeburyness.
07:29 arrival into Fenchurch Street.
07:32 arrival into Fenchurch Street.
07:37 arrival into Fenchurch Street.

Information on these services regarding departure station & time and calling points & times for these services would be much appreciated.

Always strikes me how insanely busy this line is in the peak given it's essentially just one line with a couple of branches. The frequency is comparable to the SWML fast lines from Surbiton to Waterloo, for example.

This can be further narrowed down to just one line plus a loop (Tilbury Loop), considering the branch via Ockendon was only served as a shuttle, with a few Tilbury Riverside services in the peak extending to Fenchurch Street, however I cannot remember if these go via Ockendon.

Out of curiosity, what were the allocated headcodes given to trains running on this route (including ECS movements) in 1990? Surely it would be something similar to the headcodes given today, however I am not sure if it has changed considering the movements into Tilbury Riverside do not exactly exist anymore.
