Is it still in the outgoing EMR livery?158773 nearing completion but needs to head to Etches for a few things.
158777 starts it's refresh at Eastcroft on Monday.
Since it's one of the ones done at Eastcroft, I'd assume so, they go to Bristol for the full works. Is it still in the outgoing EMR livery?
It is, but I don't know what the plans for it are as the current exterior has faded in areas, so it doesn't look good.Is it still in the outgoing EMR livery?
360117 has been completely refurbished inside but is yet to enter service. Not sure if it's moved back to Kettering or not yetHow is the refurbishment of the first 360 going, I wonder... the one I got home Friday evening really did look particularly tired internally.
I saw 117 out in service on Saturday, and indeed it is out and about to day. Currently heading to corby on 1Y21 1045 London to Corby.360117 has been completely refurbished inside but is yet to enter service. Not sure if it's moved back to Kettering or not yet
I meant 107! TypoI saw 117 out in service on Saturday, and indeed it is out and about to day. Currently heading to corby on 1Y21 1045 London to Corby.
I thought the first unit was 107
Perhaps a grubby damp cloth embroidered with "Transport UK"However the failure to clean the filth off the ceiling and overhead rack is really obvious - a very strange omission from the contract, presumably in error! Hopefully someone can at least run a cloth over them at some point.
You really don’t need to keep reminding us that EMR is a Transport UK brand. We got it the first time. Just call them EMR, like everybody else does.Perhaps a grubby damp cloth embroidered with "Transport UK"
It’s technically an Abellio brand that Transport UK inherited :PYou really don’t need to keep reminding us that EMR is a Transport UK brand. We got it the first time. Just call them EMR, like everybody else does.
Technically, technically via a management buyout. No doubt we could carry on with the technicalities! It’s technically an Abellio brand that Transport UK inherited :P
Since you’ve teased that there’s pictures, would you be so kind as to point us in the direction of said pictures please?Technically, technically via a management buyout. No doubt we could carry on with the technicalities!
But to bring this back OT, I’ve not seen one of the refurbished units in person, but they seem to look good from pictures. Leaving the ceilings grubby would be a surprising and disappointing omission from the contract.
170501-503 didn't have their top panels and vestibules painted/sprayed but from 504 they have so I'm assuming they've travelled on one of those units. I think they will go back eventually for correcting.
Possibly back end of this month.Any news on how 158785 is getting on in Bristol, it’s been a bit since I’ve heard anything about it.
Thanks, 773 was interior only wasn’t it?Possibly back end of this month.
158773 is awaiting an ECS to Etches, sat at Eastcroft.
First unit came back 2 weeks ago, no news since.Any news on the appearance of a refurbished 360?
We've waited nearly 5 years...

Not seen it at Cricklewood or Bedford Cauldwell this week, so must be at Kettering.
Keep checking for any short term workings to and from Kettering which might be for a launch/ show off.
Last time someone asked on X they said february, but that has long since gone.
Yup, however it appears to have failed at Bingham on 2E01. Arrived 2L, departed 32L, where it was brought to Grantham (44L) and terminated. Caused quite a bit of chaos on the line too.170502 back in service today after 4 months out.
