Train at Bromsgrove

Anyone know what this train is that is sat at Bromsgrove. According to my daughter it's been there for 2 hours plus and seems to be annoying the local residents as the engine has been kept running. I can't find any reference on Real Time trains.

Traksy shows 0B05 1633 Wolverhampton Steel Term to Up Bromsgrove Neck near Bromsgrove, would've arrived some time between 18:10 and 19:30.

I'm sure they knew about the Railway before they moved to the area.
I'm under the impression that the reason the engine is left running is because it uses alot more fuel to restart it from cold but I could be wrong on that.

Maybe it's been on standby duties for the Lickey incline?

Looking on Traksy it's showing an 0B05 sat at Bromsgrove which arrived there 18:50 from Wolverhampton Steel Terminal.

66151 was on Margam to Scunthorpe, now miles away from Bromsgrove. Shouldn't be that locomotive still waking the neighbours.

Thanks all. Looks like 6E67 and 0B05 arrived at Bromsgrove at about the same time and 0B05 is the engine they can still hear.
