I've been looking at the fares from Cambridge to Enfield Lock, and they appear to all be set by GTR according to BR Fares, including the "not via London" fares. This is despite this ticket not being valid on any GTR service (unless you want to count the interavailability between Cambridge and Cambridge North). Are there many more examples like this? Also, is there anything stopping them setting the fare at 10p?

Carlisle to Gleneagles, set by CrossCountry. Although you could, in theory, use CrossCountry trains between Motherwell and Glasgow Central, a passenger is unlikely to.

Wilmslow to Birmingham, set by Cross Country. No XC services other than during planned diversions.
Huge savings, though, by splitting at Stafford because the two legs are then priced by West Midlands Trains.

Headbolt Lane to Rainford & Southport to Meols Cop.

These fares are set by Merseyrail, presumably due to Merseytravel boundaries.

Fares between stations on the city line are also set by Merseyrail, and would qualify, with the exception of those originating in Liverpool as they are issued from Liverpool Stations and would be valid on Merseyrail from (say) James Street to Lime Street.

I don't see which XC service you could take on a Shrewsbury to Stoke-on-Trent ticket (where the fares are set by CrossCountry)

Update: I seem to have forgotten about the trains to Manchester, which do call at both Stoke and Stafford
