Ramsgate to Pevensey/Eastbourne

I have to go to a funeral on New Years Eve

The nearest station appears to be Pevenesy and Westham - followed by a bus ride. The wake is in Seaford so would have to come back to Ramsgate via Eastbourne if I attend.

The funeral is at 11.30 which means I'd have to get a train from Ramsgate just after 8. I have a Disabled Railcard

I'm assuming my best bet (should I attend the wake) is to get a straight return to Eastbourne. Or if I decide against the wake a return to Pevensey.

Just checking that these tickets will allow break of journey. If I come back from Pevesney I might want to go to a pub near Ashford International

Does an Anytime Day Return, Ramsgate to/from Seaford Sussex, route "via Hastings" potentially work? Cost = £25.50 with railcard discount. Break of journey at Pevensey and Westham, or at Eastbourne, or indeed at Ashford International, would be allowed.
