Hello

Can anyone please tell me if this ticket is available to buy on the bus? This page does not say that it is, but does say that you can via the MCard app. However, I can’t find the ticket there either - only peak versions.

Thank you

Maybe a partial solution if you can’t: you can apparently buy scratch off tickets at bus travel centres. Anyone had luck with that? https://www.m-card.co.uk/how-to-buy-tickets/

Thanks

You can't buy the Bus and Train Daysaver on the bus. Any rail station Nationwide should be able to sell it. A lot of years since I've tried buying a scratch off one.

PS: It does appear in the MCard App under 'Specials/Other Tickets'

Thank you. Found it on the app now. Also seen that two adults can use a family ticket, which should save me some money too. Cheers.

Just on this, I recently did a return journey from Todmorden to Bradford with a friend. It was cheaper to buy a West Yorkshire DaySaver Bus and Train (Off-Peak) family ticket than two off peak day returns!

For completeness, I can confirm that Adult, Family (up to 2 adults & 3 concessions) and Group (up to 5 adults) versions of the West Yorkshire Daysaver Bus & Train Off Peak can be purchased (in scratch off format) from Metro bus station travel centres.

Five adults can use a family ticket as long as three of them are concessions - ie they hold a WY issued ENCTS pass. (A party with 3-5 adults can purchase a group ticket).
