TPE Franchise Extension granted

Message has come out which says that First Group has been awarded an extension on the Transpennine Express Franchise until April 2015.

The full announcement and further details will apparently appear later, but apparently Ardwick Depot will be extended and electrified for Scottish services, and some Northern routes will transfer to TPE in 2013.
