Here’s an updated talent pool list
Thanks for sharing, interesting they’re grouping TAM, Rhymney and Cardiff together now whereas on the last one it was split, but it looks like it’s come down from 116 to 86 which I guess is positive? Hopefully with the ramped up services into next year they have courses lined up for us all. I hope :D

That list is wrong as thers a recent intake been about 4 weeks ago for The North, Holyhead and Llandudno Junction have now at least 10 in the pool, Not sure So how correct it is for other depots though.
Can I ask how you know this Fredytrains? Thanks. I know that there is planned expansion for north wales next year, so I have my fingers crossed for a training date in the not too distant future.

Interviews were held in chester 3 weeks ago , I believe there is at least 7 for Holyhead and a similar number for Junction, Ive spoken to 3 people in the holyhead Pool that had their confirmation a few days after the interview.

Just found out I passed my TCT. However, it says that any further steps in the recruitment process are likely to be in the new year. Time to relax for now as I know I've passed this stage.

Brilliant news, well done. Is it 3 months full time training in Chester
Thanks!

I think so yes! As above, I think it’s 3 months there or there about classroom followed by the route learning etc.

There’s a post somewhere in this forum that explains it further :)

Quick question, has anyone changed jobs whilst waiting in a talent pool? I'm considering leaving my current job, and wondered if it would have any impact on my hopeful future job with tfw. I assume that it wouldn't.

I’ve changed roles mate, can’t see it having much of a bearing to be honest. I’d imagine it will come up when they request reference details etc. given the talent pool wait times, it must be fairly common.
