Thameslink Advance fares (or rather lack off)

I can't seem find to find any advance fares from Preston Park (or Brighton) to St Pancras. The dates I'm looking at are the 7th of Jan returning on the 8th. Searching further into the future or in December doesn't seem to find any either on a weekday. Am I reading BR Fares correctly that these are weekend only tickets?

No. The only restriction I can see on the linked page expires on 31st December anyway, but the only important thing with Advance tickets is whether they are available to buy. If they are not available no amount of restrictions will make any difference.

In practice, I think the necessary availability is only released on weekends.
