possibility that 032 is next as there was a movement to Ramsgate on 5/11/25 which was either 024/032 or both even as they haven‘t been seen in service since

Guessing then by December that's when the last ones will be done. Definitely interesting seeing the transition from white to blue. Wonder how the refurb is getting on.

Also it may look like 024 may be being done tho not going to alter the list just yet until one returns

Yes, 4 weeks time and they will all be blue, all being well. The observant will notice the blueiification is now being done at Ramsgate (first 30 were done at Gillingham).
376027 in Grove Park having its interior done, will be a little while yet.

376032 is in service today so didn’t move to Ramsgate on the 5 November. It does confirm that 376024 did go to Ramsgate alone

I can confirm that 003 is now blue. Returning from Ramsgate to Slade Green depot today on 5Y19

A white connex liveried 376 enroute to Ramsgate on 5U92 2008 Slade Green to Ramsgate (376034)

Both movements above are today 13 November

Update 376034 is the next one to be done and was on 5U92 this evening

376034 has been done and is now blue. 376032 is the next one to be done moving to Ramsgate on the 20 November. Looks like 376011 will have the honours of being the last one to be done

I would expect 376011 to go to Ramsgate either Wednesday or Thursday. Usually takes approximately 5-7 days to complete depending on staff availability.

Wouldn't mind betting the lighting is the type that's suitable for the dentist, but not in a train, something almost every fleet is now getting across the country.

In this case, an urban train operating in SE London (with ironing board seats) bright lighting seems appropriate.

So my observations are that it smells of wax and paint. Everything has been deep cleaned and overhauled. I assume these may be the first to have USB-C plug sockets?

Yes, it's impressive, they've done a very good job. I didn't notice any smell myself, but it was quite well loaded when I picked it up earlier.

The LEDs were done at the same time as the blue vinyl, so this unit has had it for six months. Not such a radical difference, to me at least.

In other news, yes it did, this morning. So the last white unit in service (011) finished the day before the first interior refreshed one emerged back into service (027).

Having now seen the pictures above, the lighting doesn't look as bright white as I thought it might be, so I think they've done it fairly well.

Not sure what the point of fitting USB-A is, not just to these, but to public sockets anywhere, it's too fragile and most end up broken...

Nice to see the addition of USB-C though.

USB-A is still a very common standard though, and most other public sockets are USB-A, so lots of people will have leads to plug into them.

It seems sensible to have both A and C at this stage. I imagine it would be a fairly easy swap to replace the fitting with 2 C sockets in a few years time, far easier than the initial installation.

Common doesn't mean good though.

Type A has seemed pointless to me for a long time, within a short space of time, a lot of USB-A sockets no longer work, as I said, they are far too fragile for public use.

Goodness, the 376 units finally look like they were made around the same era as the rest of the Electrostars
It's a shame they still lack AC though.

Thanks. Was fortunate enough to catch 376027 only because I stayed behind for a uni film society hahaha! It looks great inside! Weird how all other stock new to SE already had orange grab rails, but theirs' were yellow originally!
