TfL and Public Interest in Fare Evasion Prosecutions

A current thread on a fare evasion case appears to have moved towards a discussion on the above, so I started this new thread. I note that TfL have just, this month, issued a revised policy document relative to prosecutions. I wonder if this has been prompted by the MoJ's consultation on private prosecutions ? The Law Society response https://www.lawsociety.org.uk/campaigns/consultation-responses/private-prosecutions-consultation I have not seen the previous TfL policy document, so I do not know what changes have been made, in the context of following the DPP's consideration of "public interest".
