Historic (2012/2016) flight data request

In 2012, I went to Sweden: Heathrow to Gothenburg on 14 August, and return on 29 August, both directions with Scandinavian Airlines. However, I have no information about flight details, which I would quite like to add to my records if possible. Information that I would like is flight number and scheduled times; and, if it's available, actual times and aircraft registration. (Outbound flight was in the morning, return was in the afternoon, assuming that the time data in pictures I have is correct!)
In addition, I have the aircraft registrations for Stansted to Naples (23.8.16, afternoon) and return (30.8.16, morning) but no times/flight number...

Is this information available (free of charge)? How would I find it if so? Alternatively, if anyone has access to the data already, would you be willing to share it with me?

lhr-lgw.co.uk suggests that 737-700 SE-RES operated the following flights on the 14th:
SK523, 524, 515, & 522. SK524 would seem most likely departing at 0837.

737-600 LN-RCT operated SK515 & 522 on the 29th, arriving on SK515 at 1636.
