im just going to use the internet through my phone as ive done that before and it just the smae as mobile internet only not an added expence

Just got myself the Samsung Galaxy S2 so that will do for Facebook etc, still getting a laptop but not as much, also my medical went quite iffy today :/

No i am flying down but i got train tix from southampton airport to forum which they send in the post, yes they are open returns

Have you had confirmation that your booked onto a flight? I have the train tickets from Southampton to Fareham, but haven't had any email/letter telling me I'm on the flight next Wednesday

What's wrong?

It turns out my hearing is severely damaged at a high frequency and when they looked in my ear there was blood, so I need a GP appointment to check me out :/ Stupid loud music and Magaluf

Did they say if it would affect your offer of a job? At my medical they said if there is anything wrong they try to find a way around it, for example, if you had a hearing problem they would say that you aren't allowed to work on your own, which you rarely do anyway. Hope it works out.

i was at the open day on tuesday it was really good really infomative and answered a lot of questions, roll on 10th september!! lots of great opportunities and facilities, just medical on 25th aug in glasgow to get outa the way

I rang them yesterday at the "7 weeks since my interview" point and left a message and they rang me this afternoon

Medical's easy enough, colour blindness test, hearing test, balance test, eye test, answer a few questions and fill up a cup for the drugs and alcohol.

Well done.

If you go back to page 36 you can read what I did at my medical, but it's basically what Hydro said and they tell you in the email when you get the date.

Seems to have ranged from two days to two months! Seeing as the course starts in about six weeks it shouldn't be too long. Good Luck.

I emailed the forms back, I just typed crosses in the relevant boxes.
