A question about Tops Lists

On another group a Tops List gets posted every few days and is there a reason that the GBRF Class 99s don't appear?

Hello everyone, got a few requests today please :)

- 0D21 South Bank Tees Dock - Leeds Balm Rd Loco (looked to be 4 66s)
- Locos at Tees Yard this morning
- And the 66s outside York Holgate Road Works today, I counted 2 Freightliner 66s and 3 Colas 66s, but couldn't see the numbers
