Yes I was caught in the delay. They didn’t exactly say it was on the platform just there was an obstruction on the line.

Services between Cardiff and Swansea were disrupted on "Sunday" (12/10/25) due to livestock straying onto the tracks near Neath and into the rail station.
The incident was first reported around 11:15 BST, National Rail said, causing hours of delays throughout the day.
Services resumed as normal by 19:30.

I had seen that there had been issues with trains from Swansea on Sunday, but this is definitely not what I expected to be the issue.

BeNeath or UnderNeath would be Neath Low Level not the main line.
