Hi all so just got a email saying if I don’t send my documents today I won’t be starting next week ? I sent them 3 days ago and also sent them again today anyone else has this before ?
I had my role play and SBI today so it is possible.. I think they might be doing it in batches because a friend of mine applied same time as me but still hasn’t done there AC1 Written Communication & Data Interpretation yet.

As always, those who score higher will generally be invited to assessments sooner whilst the benchmarks for each intake are worked out - it isn’t an exact science.
There are still people waiting for start dates from previous campaigns, and you will certainly have a wait measured in months if you are successful. This is not unusual for railway jobs.

Was it at Stratford or West Kensington? Did they gave you results on spot?
It happens at West Kensington
role play/sbi normally happens at 5 endeavour square at stratford
It was quite straight forward to be honest - Just be yourself.
role play - had a customer asking how to get to their destination in which I had to help them find it.
SBI - had multiple issues in the scenarios - they just want to see how you would deal with the issue and what you would prioritise.
I chose West Kensington to do my Role play/SBI

Yes, if your successful in your role play you’ll move onto the SBI which is all done on the same day.

Hi all just a quick one is suit bottoms and a white suit shirt and a qauter zip okay for training ? As I’m guessing that’s okay for smart casual. And when do we receive our first day instructions ?
You will receive your first day instructions approx 1 week before your start date. Keep an eye out in your email junk box too. Good luck
That uniform will be okay. I went in smart shirt and chinos- if all goes to plan you should get your uniform, one day 1 then you wear that for the rest of your training.
Although as mentioned in previous comments, half the stuff may not fit/wrong size- so basically wear what fits

Not yet. I was told 10-14 days but should be sooner than that due to business requirements.
Did they give you any feedback after you finished your SBI?
No I haven’t heard back yet, fingers crossed that you have passed! Good luck -and do let us know what your outcome is
hi I had my role play and sbi on Tuesday , I was told that I would hear within 10-14 days , I wasn’t given any feedback was you ?
I’m not feeling very confident that I passed to be honest .

Unfortunately I didn’t receive any feedback also.
Perhaps there not allowed to give feedback after , did anyone else get feedback ?

You won’t get any immediate feedback at each stage and will need to wait for the outcome.
There is no harm requesting feedback once you get the outcome, however it is generally not provided to external candidates, or at the earliest stages of recruitment even for internals.

Not that I know for this campaign. My partner got feedback on his SBI 1.5 years ago, something like it “can’t promise anything but looks very positive”, but he clearly did very well.
Did they ask you anything about what your notice period is ? they didn’t ask me any questions like this , they asked me what my current role was and previous job roles …

Yes, that made me think something was off, they didn’t ask about my notice period or holidays. Before the role play, the assessor asked about my current job and customer service experience.
Roughly how many questions did they ask you after the SBI 10 minute presentation?
I think they asked me about 6 questions after I can’t remember exactly how many but it was around 6, how many did you get ?

Yes, the same 5/6 questions.
I got asked roughly around 6 questions also in my sbi.
It’s sounds like all the interviews were the same format, fingers crossed for everyone , I really didn’t think I had passed the role play so was very happy to find out I got to the SBI stage.
