Today the 6040 Westbury to Ardingly (near Haywards Heath) aggregates ran. Only third occasion since its inclusion in the Winter 2024 WTT.

6V57 return empties was due to depart at 13:09 - but no sign of its movement on RTT and no sign of a rerouting.
However, VAR entry today only 6M96 takes an identical gross weight from Ardingly up to Wembley.

Does any reader have more insight? Thanks in advance.

Thanks Mark. 6O40 (loaded) West Coastway path has only been used twice this year: 25-Apr and 29-Aug. Both times, 6V57 (return empties) also ran along the West Coastway. I photographed both.
Hence I was surprised that today's 6O40 went out via West Coastway as the 6V57 return has not.
