how was the interview what were the questions?

The interview went well, and the interviewers were very friendly. As far as I can remember, these were some of the questions:
1) What skills will you bring into this role?
2) When do you go above and beyond for customers? What qualities make a good customer service representative?
3) When have you had to handle pressure, and what was the outcome?
4) When have you helped a colleague, and what was the outcome?
5) How do you handle a new task that you’re not familiar with, and what strategies do you use?
After that, they may show you some pictures of risks and hazards to help you identify them.

It's for the train manager position I am still in the talent bank yes and currently working the same role at another TOC so... as yourself just awaiting for a training school to come up...

can someone tell how much do train managers at avanti earns per hour? i know it’s 41h per week but how much do they get paid per hour

I've never applied for TM jobs with Avanti but would imagine if you email their Recruitment team back, they're usually very happy to provide feedback.
I asked for feedback and was completely blanked.

Yeah so i emailed recruitment team and they arranged teams video call feedback for 20 minutes i thought it will be like email or something

I'd be very grateful for such detailed feedback. I've been trying at other TOCs for onboard jobs- after my first unsuccessful attempt they gave me a very detailed, very helpful breakdown of pros and cons. More recently I've got very generic, self contradicting emails which barely made any sense and I suspect was written by someone who hadn't seen my interview notes.

Check the Avanti Careers website, link in the post above yours.
They definitely have Train Managers based at Wolverhampton. Not sure if they have any based at Birmingham New Street.
