That's a little pointless, according to Wikipedia there aren't any railways in Tuvalu!
I would guess with HTML coding and website design.

Seems a bit of a waste of money now you've got them doesn't it :P
It would be best to just have a simple page with a contact form for people to contact you if they want the domain. Rubbish and pointless, but then you can get your money back.

The OP has already stated they don't want to sell, maybe they do have some big plans but are just not sure how to implement them?
Seems to be be excessively interested in the trent valley line!
You've not got Lichfield or Rugeley though.

What sort of thing do you have in mind. You could go down the Revision3 route but that is quite a big operation....
