Hi everyone , does anyone know the intermediate timings at stations between Bishops Lydeard and Minehead ( specifically Washford ) on the Hastings DEMU tour tommorow? TIA
The ECS was delayed off St Leonard’s Depot due to a trespass incident.Realtime Trains | 1Z13 0702 Tonbridge to Minehead West Som Rwy | 16/08/2025
Real-time train running information for 1Z13 0702 departure from Tonbridge to Minehead West Som Rwy on 16/08/2025. From Realtime Trains, an independent source of train running info for Great Britain.www.realtimetrains.co.uk
Should be in Washford at approx 1230 if on time but it doesn't seem to have set off from Tonbridge yet, looks like it's going to be around an hour late.
Yes.Was that to let the service train pass?
It was curious - nothing passed while it was there, but a couple of minutes after it moved off camera, a down service train arrived, and that was passed by an up service train a few minutes later. I can't work out how that was done, unless the down side of the loop is long enough to hold both down trains at once? Was that to let the service train pass?
Interesting - Not much of a break for the passengers as it arrived late and departed early - I wonder why they’ve done this? The up working has just arrived at Blue Anchor (1538)
It’s 1013 on the tour - 1001 is at the Bluebell. That might explain it…Now running 30L after a 7L departure from Norton Fitzwarren - it's not 1001's lucky day.
Say no more...It’s 1013 on the tour - 1001 is at the Bluebell. That might explain it…
Delay down to waiting for delayed GWR service at Taunton and track circuit failure around Briton.
To be fair, four of the six vehicles in the formation, including both motor coaches, are from the original 1013. So it is reasonable to number it as such.Say no more...
Oh, I agree - it was just the '13' bit which seemed to be at play for the tour!To be fair, four of the six vehicles in the formation, including both motor coaches, are from the original 1013. So it is reasonable to number it as such.
Agreed! It ran as 1Z13 too.Oh, I agree - it was just the '13' bit which seemed to be at play for the tour!
