Maybe me but when I try to book this online I can only get a paper ticket

You can get an e-ticket Ramsgate to Eastbourne or Rye so was (idly) wondering what’s different about Three Oaks

Full journey is a return tomorrow with a Disabled Persons Railcard. Off Peak.

It’s easy enough to buy at the station. Just curious :D:D

It’s probably just an error, if you tell South Eastern Railway they should be able to fix it if so.

Thanks

Contacted them and they said it was probably a glitch

Not too confident that anything will happen though :D

Likewise, but they’re responsible for setting the fare and all that goes with it, at least you tried!

It's a simple fix but the difficult part is getting it to the right person whi can fix it.

Posting it on here probably has a greater chance of getting it to the attention of the right person!

We are splitting at Winchelsea and the problem is with the Ramsgate to Winchelsea ticket.

Unless you specifically ask for Ramsgate to Winchelsea and Winchelsea to Three Oaks, the station will charge a small premium over what we charge, as they are under instructions to offer through fares, where available, unless you request otherwise.

Well that’s not true is it? Ticket offices will happily sell you any combination of tickets you ask for…

Thanks everyone

To avoid any hassle I just used the forum site to buy a non split e ticket

That option is still not available on the SouthEastern site o_O

I think you misunderstood the point I was trying to make; I've edited the post, so it's hopefully clearer now.
