I got the hiring manager email and applied at man pic. A mate did the error checking and didn't get the hiring manager email from man pic so it doesn't seem to be depot specific
Maybe hiring manager email is if you completed the test and get the score to progress automatically. Or it could be other way round. Email means you didn’t reach the automatic pass mark and it’s sent to hiring manager for review. Who knows……
I haven't yet. Completed the error checking on Wednesday, now just the waiting game with crossed fingers. Going based on a lot of previous forum posts, the process can be quite a slow going one. Best of luck to everyone who's applied!
Personally I doubt it, theres been multiple Newcastle applicants saying they didn’t get an automatic email, so it’s either based on depot or everyone here who applied to Newcastle has done poorly on the test
Don't forget it's only the tip of applicants who are on here. A handful out of likely many hundreds. It could very well be a case gat nobody who applied from Newcastle has passed.
The likely story is the automated email is a pass and hasn't been done for all applications at the same time, using it as a batching process for the psychometric testing stage.
Unless you've received a rejection email you're still in the game.

My mate got a rejection email yesterday from Man Pic. He didn't receive the hiring manager email after error checking

I don't think that is correct. My friend applied for Man Picc, received the Hiring manager email after error checking and later received a rejection email.

Given the courses stated Autumn and there’s still a lot of stages left to go through before a final job offer for anyone, I’m hoping we all start to hear this next week. Good luck those that have applied

No, nothing yet, just the hiring manager email. Congrats on getting through, I'm crossing my fingers still.

Looked it up on Gov.uk, says the current age requirement is 20, so you should be fine. I have heard before that it's 20 and a half, but the government website doesn't say anything about that. The age requirement will be lowered to 18 in December, however.
Not yet, also Piccadilly. I have a full set of enhanced psychometrics so unsure if they’ll check beforehand and send a different email regarding dmi (if I was to progress of course)
