I'm guessing a rounding error, but London Terminals to Luton Off Peak Day Return is 10p cheaper than London Thameslink to Luton.
The tickets offered in the opposite direction from Luton are priced differently too.

Sorry, from Luton to London Thameslink- there aren't any to London Terminals (other than the EMR advances).
