Is the Robin Hood Line double arrow sign at Bulwell from the reopening of the line (pre privatisation)?

Saw this yesterday, very worn out totem at Sudbury Hill Harrow, almost definitely of NSE origin , you can even see the paint peeling away to reveal NSE red on the pole. View attachment 1748697547687.jpeg

God I cannot wait for all these hideous Avanti-branded station signs to disappear, I hope they get the new RA2 treatment sooner rather than later.

I still prefer RA 1

Coventry has had all its signs changed over to RA2 and it does actually look really good. It's all on a 'Modernisation Plan' style building too so it oozes 60s atmosphere.

I saw a drain cover at Dover Priory last weekend with "SR" on it. Would that Southern Railway or Southern Region?

Then I saw the same drain cover at Catford Bridge later in the day, so it wasn't as rare as I'd originally thought.

Occasionally see a bit of BR/NSE signage on the Sutton loop (though most of it is from the first 1997-2006 franchise). For example there's an NSE "Way Out" sign at the northbound platform at Haydons Road.

Huddersfield has a Red Star Parcels Office sign next to what I believe is now the fire exit from the booking office, near the bottom of the ramp into the main entrance.

Not sure if this counts as a station, but the main street in Sowerby Bridge has this sign directing to the station with the previous MetroTrain logo that was replaced in the 80s, viewable on StreetView

Burgess Hill has got an NSE sign (well, two!) out the front of the station building




...and when I was there last night, its lamposts' paint was peeling away to reveal its old (presumably) NSE colours below it.

There's a few signs around the southern area telling people to not alight trains while moving. Pic is from Whyteleafe south, but there are some at the top of each ramp at east croydon

"Lewisham 2000" was an early-90s project to revamp Lewisham town centre - some of it has now been superseded by the Lewisham Gateway development next to the station.

At the Bristol end of the unused Platform 1 at Salisbury there's a Network SouthEast sign for the Salisbury Traincare Depot reminding drivers to keep engine noise to a minimum.

Over in Keynsham this plaque is still up in the station building -- two defunct entities for one!

When I drove under it last week, the bridge at Williamwood station still had the old orange (or Strathclyde Red as it was known) branding.

Almost every station I go to the paint is peeling back to the NSE red
