As far as I know, only South Western Railway operate services at St. Denys. Southern used to a while back.

Horley is the correct answer. Southern and Thameslink serve the station, with Gatwick Express and Great Western Railway passing through. Your turn to take the next rail replacement bus.
Fails clue 2 as Gatwick Express, Southern and Thameslink are different brand names of the same TOC, Govia Thameslink Railway which also includes Great Northern.
Because of the way this was guessed I will declare open floor.
